First Factory: Located in the village of Al-Bayda, Tamy Al-Amdeed Center, the initial production was limited. With the advent of electricity, electric machines were introduced, allowing for increased production capacity and enhanced quality.
Expansion: In 2001, Mohamed Gomaa El Shouri, along with his brothers, founded Gomaa Company for Gelato and Ice Cream Manufacturing, specializing in Friday ice cream products.
